My favorite thing about my nursing necklace is that it will be a keepsake to pass on to my own daughter someday.  All nursing necklaces from Julian & Co. can be personalized with up to 30 characters on the hands and feet side and 40 characters on the other.  This allows you to have your child's name and birth stats engraved.  Because I have nursed more than one child, and may nurse more, I chose a meaningful quote instead.  My necklace contains the last three lines from "Wean Me Gently" (quoted below).  The necklace is entirely sterling silver and they offer a polishing service for your jewelry.

Sydney loves to twirl the beautiful silver ring and it's the perfect length for nursing.  Eventually I hope to add small silver charms with each of my children's initials and the number of days I nursed them.
